Where is Oluxy Watches located in Kigali, Rwanda?
Oluxy Watches is at GF Plaza in Kigali's Central Business District, opposite City Tower. The showroom is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, and you can reach us on WhatsApp at +250 784 475 572.
Which luxury watch brands do you carry?
We carry top Swiss and luxury brands including Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Omega, Hublot, Cartier, Tag Heuer and Tissot. Stock changes as pieces arrive and sell, so the collections page is always the current list.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver across Kigali and to the rest of the country. Tell us where you are on WhatsApp and we will arrange it — delivery is paid to the rider when your watch arrives.
How do I pay?
You can pay on delivery, so you only pay once the watch is in your hands. You can also pay in the showroom if you prefer to come and see the piece first.
Can I exchange a watch after buying it?
Yes — you have 2 days to exchange a watch, in person at the showroom. Bring it back as you received it and we will swap it for another piece.
Do you repair watches?
We do. Battery replacement, strap replacement, bracelet fitting and link adjustment, glass and crystal replacement, cleaning, and full movement servicing. Bring the watch in or send it by delivery, and you get a clear price before any work starts.
Are your watches authentic?
Every piece is checked before it reaches the showroom, and you are welcome to inspect any watch in person at GF Plaza before you pay.
