To maintain high-speed feedback and personalized service, orders are initiated through our website and finalized via WhatsApp. This hybrid approach ensures you receive real-time updates and direct communication with our curators for any logistical assistance.
3. Payment & Secure Trust Policy
In our commitment to absolute security and transparent trust, Oluxy does not provide direct online payment gateways. Our payment process is manual and verifiable to prevent digital fraud and build direct relationships with our clients.
- Manual Transfer: Payments must be sent directly to the official mobile or bank numbers provided specifically during the checkout process on this site.
- Recipient Verification: Customers are required to ensure that the recipient's name on their payment receipt matches Jean Baptiste (Merchant Code: 745051 | Phone: 078 447 5572) exactly.
- Payment Verification: Your payment will be checked against the Sender Name and Date provided in your order form. Please ensure these details match your transaction history for rapid confirmation.
4. Replacement & Quality Guarantee
We believe in the excellence of our masterpieces. In accordance with Oluxy policy, we do not provide cash refunds for product prices. However, we are committed to your absolute satisfaction through our 100% Product Replacement Guarantee.
Important Note:If a masterpiece does not meet your expectations upon delivery or inspection, you are entitled to choose a replacement piece of equal value or receive a store credit. Please note that charges for delivery, curator time, and transport logistics are non-refundable.

All products shown are guaranteed to be as described. We ensure that every piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatching it from our Kigali showroom to your destination.
